What do children need to bring?
Children don’t need to bring anything special to enjoy this activity. We recommend comfortable clothing, hats on sunny days, and sunscreen applied to prevent sun damage. We’re in a natural environment, so any additional accessories they may bring will depend on each child’s particular needs. As an option, for those who have them, binoculars will allow better viewing of some resources and animals.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend making your reservation at least 15 days in advance before the activity takes place. It’s important to keep in mind that to ensure you enjoy the experience to the fullest, we require time to prepare the materials and adapt the product to your specific needs.
It’s especially important to plan ahead if you’re interested in booking during the months of October, February, and May, as these are high-demand months for schools. Therefore, booking early during these months is especially recommended to guarantee service availability.

Can I cancel my reservation?
You have the option to cancel your reservation up to 7 days in advance. It’s important to note that our activities involve the preparation of personalized materials for each reservation. Therefore, once we begin production of the materials, we consider that the activity has started.
Normally, we begin production of the materials 7 days before the scheduled date for the boat visit. We recommend keeping this timeframe in mind when planning your reservation and making sure to cancel with proper notice, if necessary.

What can we add to the activity?
We work hand in hand with some of the most prominent rural tourism wholesalers in Extremadura, so we can complement the activity with any tourist resource you need: accommodation, meals, activities, etc.
Behavior rules
The behavior rules are the usual ones for any tourist activity we typically do on school trips. But in this case we must add a couple of things to keep in mind. We’re in a natural environment and specially protected areas, and on the other hand, the inhabitants of these spaces (the animals) are not used to loud disturbances. So if we want to enjoy them and not disturb them, we need to maintain a calm and pleasant atmosphere.
Group leaders
A center representative must remain with the group at all times and during the activity. The activity has a defined schedule, which will not be modified if the group is late.
