In the event of non-attendance at the indicated time, the booking will be considered unused (no-show), the customer losing the right to the service and the company being free to dispose of the place, including its possible reassignment or sale. Non-attendance shall not entitle the customer to a refund or a change of date.<\/p><p>As a courtesy, if there were availability, a place could be offered on the next departure of the same day on a last-minute basis and without guarantee.<\/p><p><b><u> 2. The date and time of receipt of the message will be taken as the reference.<\/p><p>  <b><u> A) Individual bookings and small groups (fewer than 25 people)<\/u><\/b><\/p><p> We understand that unforeseen events may arise, so we offer the following conditions:<\/p><p><b>C<\/b><b>ancellation 48 h or more in advance:<\/b><\/p><p>\u2022 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.   \u2022 The remaining 50% corresponds to management and organisation costs and the immobilisation of places.<\/p><p><b>Change of date 48 h or more in advance<\/b><\/p><p>1 free change within the same calendar year, subject to availability. If there is a difference in fare, the customer will pay the difference.<\/p><p><b>Cancellation less than 48 h in advance or no-show <\/b><\/p><p>No refund. No change of date. Total loss of the amount paid.<\/p><p>  <u><b>B) Groups of 25 or more people and agencies<\/b><\/u><\/p><p> Group bookings are managed in three phases. When requesting the block, a deposit of \u20ac150 must be paid within a<br\/>maximum period of 48 hours; if payment is not received after that period, the place will not be reserved.<\/p><p><b>Phase 1 &#8211; From the request until 1 month before the activity:  <\/b><\/p><p>\u2022 Change of date: no cost (subject to availability) \u2022 Cancellation: no penalty + full refund of the deposit<\/p><p><b>Phase 2 &#8211; From 1 month before until full payment (7 days before)<\/b><\/p><p>\u2022 Change of date: 1 change allowed \u2022 Cancellation: loss of the \u20ac150 deposit; any additional amount is refunded <u><\/u><\/p><p><b>Phase 3 &#8211; From full payment until the day of the activity<\/b><\/p><p>\u2022 Full payment and final list of participants: 7 days before \u2022 No changes or cancellations are accepted \u2022 Non-attendance: total loss of the amount   <u><\/u><\/p><p>The final list of participants must be submitted when making the full payment and cannot be changed. All arrangements must be channelled by email through the group\u2019s designated coordinator.<\/p><p><b><u>3. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER OR FORCE MAJEURE <\/u><\/b><\/p><p>Activities take place as normal in usual weather conditions. Moderate rain is not<br\/>a reason for cancellation; the boats have covered and glazed areas.<\/p><p> In the event of suspension due to adverse weather conditions, technical causes or force majeure, the customer may<br\/>choose, at their option, between:<\/p><p> \u2022 A full refund of the amount paid. <\/p><p>\u2022 A change of date at no additional cost within the same calendar year.<\/p><p> The company will communicate the suspension as far in advance as possible using the contact details provided<br\/>when booking.<\/p><p> <b><u>4. ACCESS AND SAFETY RULES<\/u><\/b><\/p><p> To guarantee the safety of all passengers and the proper running of the activity, the following rules must be<br\/>complied with:<\/p><p> \u2022 Respect the access times indicated for each service.<\/p><p>\u2022 Babies must travel in arms. Pushchairs, suitcases and bulky items are not allowed on board for safety and evacuation reasons. <\/p><p>\u2022 Access with pets is prohibited, except for duly accredited assistance dogs. <\/p><p>\u2022 Bringing in food or drink from outside is not permitted. The site has a picnic area and a sales area. <\/p><p>\u2022 Smoking is prohibited in all facilities and means of transport. <\/p><p>\u2022 Passengers must remain seated during the journey, unless expressly instructed otherwise by the staff.<\/p><p>Failure to comply with these rules may result in denial of access to the service without the right to<br\/>a refund.<\/p><p> <\/p><p><b><u>5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL <\/u><\/b><\/p><p>In accordance with article 103 l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the<br\/>Protection of Consumers and Users \u2014 TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to<br\/>contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities and passenger transport when<br\/>they provide for a specific date or period of performance.<\/p><p> This does not prevent the exercise of the cancellation and change rights set out in section 2 of this document,<br\/>under the terms and deadlines established there. <\/p><p> <\/p><p><b><u>6. LIABILITY <\/u><\/b><\/p><p>It is recommended to keep personal belongings under supervision at all times. The company is not responsible<br\/>for loss, theft or damage to belongings during the stay on the site or on board, except in the case of<br\/>negligence directly attributable to the organisation. <\/p><p>All services are provided in accordance with the regulations in force on passenger transport, maritime<br\/>safety and active tourism. The company holds the compulsory civil liability insurance and the accident<br\/>policies required by the applicable regulations. <\/p><p><b><u>7.
